Mpolayeni Marks Malatswana is a highly accomplished Professional Scientist registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP), bringing over 18 years of extensive experience across the scientific sector. His expertise spans chemical manufacturing, paint production, and water science, providing a strong technical and strategic foundation for business leadership.

He holds a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, a Postgraduate Diploma in Water Management, and a Master of Science, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Science. His academic achievements, combined with his industry experience, equip him with the knowledge, leadership, and technical expertise required to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Luonde Group, Mr. Malatswana provides visionary leadership while remaining actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations. His hands-on management approach ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the long-term sustainability of the business. Guided by integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement, he continues to lead Luonde Group towards new levels of success and industry excellence.

Thabang Hope Malatswane serves as the Non-Executive Director of Luonde Logistics & Investments, providing independent oversight, strategic guidance, and governance support to the Board. In this role, Thabang contributes to the company’s long-term vision by offering objective insight into business strategy, corporate governance, and sustainable growth.
